Discover the tradition of making homemade lefse in this enjoyable, hands-on class! You'll receive a great recipe along with helpful tips for preparing, cooking, and serving delicious lefse. Everyone will have the opportunity to rice potatoes, form dough balls, roll out the lefse, grill it to perfection, and enjoy tasting the finished product. You'll also take some homemade lefse home to share with family and friends. All supplies are provided. Homemade lefse makes a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving table or a thoughtful gift for holiday gatherings.
