Training for Hunting Dogs
This class prepares dogs for hunting or competition through structured, positive reinforcement-based methods.
It focuses on obedience (sit, stay, heel, here), social conditioning, and specialized tasks like fetching, holding, and taking hand/whistle signals, often progressing from basic yard work to advanced, long-distance blind retrieves in water and cover.
Bring a copy of the rabies certificate that will handed in to the instructor. Please, no dogs at the first class.
First class meets in the Board Room at the south end of the High School - enter door S8.
All other classes will meet at the bus loop on the south side of the Century School.
