Total Body Fitness

This class is a total body workout which blends barre, pilates, yoga, and strength training all with a continual fat burning flow. Will work on flexibility, mobility and relaxation at the end of the class. This is a 60 minute class. All you need is a small set of dumbbells (2 or 3 pounds) and a yoga mat.
