Gymnastics - Super Tot, Parent Tot, G1 & G2

PANTHER GYMNASTICS RECREATIONAL PROGRAMMING

Enter @ door W6,back of the high school.

T-shirt (form fitting so it does not flop down when they are upside down), shorts & clean socks. Leotards are great, but not required.

ST: (Super Tot: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts age 4yr- 6yr (pre-k/Kindergarten).

PT: (Parent Tot: 50 min. class) This class is an exploratory gymnastics class for both the parent and their child age 1 1/2 year-3 year olds. The child must be able to walk without help. Parents will actively participate with their child in both structured and free play guided by the instructor.

G1 & G2 will not be available until during Varsity Gymnastics season - until at least February.

GI: (Gymnastics 1: 50 min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for beginning gymnasts 1st grade and older and for gymnasts who have not yet passed the beginning floor levels 1-10. The gymnasts will work on passing recreational floor levels 1-10 as well as on a beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.

G2: (Gymnastics 2: 60min. class) This class is a structured gymnastics class for gymnasts who have passed GI or can demonstrate, for our coaching staff, that they can pass our recreational floor levels 1-10 already. The gymnasts will now work on intermediate floor levels 1-11 as well as beam and bars routine each session. Each gymnast will be grouped based on their current skill level.
