Line and wash watercolor is a technique where a drawing is created with lines, often using ink or a water-soluble pen, and then washes of watercolor are applied to add color and tone, allowing the lines to show through. Lily will guide
you through the basics and you will leave with a lovely 8 inch x10 inch completed creation.
