Michele will guide you through workout phases such as the warm-up, steady tempo, sprints, climbs, cool-downs etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. All you need is workout clothes, a towel (for your face) and a water bottle. Each participant can go at their own pace and ability.
